First Bloom Group Family Daycare is a home-based facility that aims to provide families with quality, individualized care, and help struggling families locate resources to succeed in providing a better lifestyle for their children and themselves. We believe everyone is different and should be treated with respect, honorable, and cared for.

Our services include:
1. Early Head Start
2. Remote Learning
3. Montessori Blended Curriculum

Our enrollment process is simple and easy to complete.

Step 1: Complete a Health Form:

Forms cannot be more than 8 months old by the time your child starts childcare. Click here to download

Step 2: Confirm Payment:

If you are applying for a voucher: We will provide a completed form we accept. Make sure to complete the missing information, sign, and date. Click here to see an example.

If you are paying cash: Sign our Deposit Payment Plan Agreement.

Step 3: Complete a Virtual Tour:

It can be done via Facetime, Duo, WhatsApp, or Zoom.

Step 4: Schedule your Onsite Visit:

You will receive an email to complete the Registration Information Form. The day of the onsite visit is to sign all registration forms, submit required documentation, and take any supplies for your child. We provide free part-time childcare on this visit day so parents can leave and return 2-3 hours later to pick up their child. This helps your child transition into daycare.

Required documents are: 
1. Your ID
2. Con Edison Bill
3. Child Birth Certificate 
4. Paystubs – 6 if biweekly or 12 if weekly
